Layout plans, room by room

Every room of this sample studio drawn to scale from its floor plan, with each piece of furniture where it goes, its size and how far it sits from the walls. It is the same layout as the design pack and the 3D walkthrough, and it is the sheet a delivery crew or a handyman would work from.

How to read these plans

North is up. All measurements are in centimetres, from the finished wall face.
Wall lengths are taken from this sample's floor plan, an original HomePrint design layout. Check them on site before ordering.
The numbers on the plan match the tables under it. "Where it goes" gives the gap from each piece to the nearest walls.
The dimension lines outside each room run wall by wall, with the doors and windows; the outer line is the full wall.

Open studio 560 x 490 cm on the plan, with sleeping, living and dining in one room. Kitchen 220 x 250 cm, open to the studio and the entrance.

The console is a low divider: it backs onto the foot of the bed and its doors face the sofa. No TV is part of this design.
The kitchen is fitted and stays as it is; only the accessories listed above are added.

The front door is hinged on its east side, so the open leaf rests against the short east wall and the west wall takes the shoe cabinet. The cabinet clears the door's swing by about 2 cm, so keep it tight to the wall.
The bathroom door opens into the bathroom, hinged at its south side.

560 x 120 cm on the plan, reached through the 210 cm sliding door.
